Cancelling and ending orders:
Wildway reserves the right to refuse processing of payment for any order and/or to cancel any purchase, partially or completely, with notice given to you. Wildway will be liable for reimbursing you the rand value paid only if you have already paid for the order cancelled by Wildway.
Fraud:
- Wildway reserves the right, in the interest of preventing fraud, to refuse the processing of payment for any order and/or to cancel any purchase, partially or completely.
- Wildway may request documentation to complete the necessary fraud checks and cancel any order where the necessary documentation is not provided in a timely manner.
- In the event of a fraudulent purchase being placed on Wildway, cardholders will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded. Wildway does not process refunds for orders suspected of fraud.
- Wildway does not provide order details relating to orders suspected of fraud.
Law:
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
Monitoring:
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).
