Returns
Wildway values your support and wants you to be fully satisfied with the products you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) by clicking on the button to the right, or contact us directly so we can issue you with a RMA. Once filled out and returned to us, we will refund the purchase price of the items returned (only after items have been received at depot). Clothing must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unbranded and have all original tags and packaging to receive a refund.
Exchange
All T&C’s mentioned previously for returns may be applied to the exchange policy, once the product is received by our depot a credit will be passed on your account and a new purchase can be made thereof.
Reimbursement
- Shipping of goods for return or exchange will be for your own account and are non-refundable.
- A 10% re-stocking fee may apply for all orders returned after 7 days.
- If return is organised by us, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We advise that you insure your shipping method as we cannot guarantee that the items will reach our depots.
- Wildway will evaluate each case and issue a refund upon proof of the damaged/incorrect item.
- If it happens that Wildway is unable to fulfill any order at the advertised price because stock is sold out, Wildway will contact you and you will be entitled to reimbursement or ‘order exchange’ up to the rand value paid.
